At Wilder Ranch Corgis, every puppy begins with intention. Our breeding program is built on ethical practices, careful selection, and a deep respect for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi. With generations of health-tested, well-established pedigrees behind our dogs, we focus on preserving the traits that make this breed exceptional—while continually strengthening their potential as loyal companions and capable working partners. We prioritize temperament, structure, and overall vitality when planning each pairing. Every litter is thoughtfully designed to produce puppies who are not only beautiful representatives of the breed, but also confident, intelligent, and emotionally sound. Raised inside our home, our puppies receive individualized care from the moment they are born. Through early socialization, purposeful exposure, and a developmentally appropriate curriculum, we give our pups the foundation they need to thrive. By the time they go home, they are well-rounded, resilient, and ready to bond deeply with their new families. We are dedicated to producing legacy-quality Corgis—healthy, well-balanced, and prepared for a lifetime of companionship, therapy work, or performance. Every puppy comes with a written health guarantee and lifelong breeder support. We stand firmly behind our program and take great pride not only in our dogs, but in the strong, lasting relationships we build with the families who become part of our community.

Choosing Wilder Ranch means more than bringing home a puppy. It means joining a program rooted in integrity, professionalism, and an enduring commitment to the remarkable breed we love.

Welcome to Wilder Ranch Corgis

Hi there!

We're Ashley and Cody Olsen with Wilder Ranch Corgis. What started as a love for dogs quickly turned into a passion for the Pembroke Welsh Corgi—a breed we adore for its intelligence, charm, and incredible adaptability. Life on our small ranch is full and fast-paced, from homeschooling our kids to supporting them in sports, rodeo, and 4-H—and our Corgis are right there with us through it all. More than pets, they’re part of the family, bringing joy, laughter, and a whole lot of heart to everything we do.

Health tested sires and dams

We start with carefully selected, health-tested parents who are not just beautiful — they’re smart, stable, and loving. We know our dogs inside and out, so we can honestly tell you what to expect from their puppies.

Family raised from day 1

Our puppies are born and raised right here in our home—right in the middle of our everyday life. From the start, they're surrounded by the sounds and sights of the ranch: kids laughing, kitchen clatter, cattle calling, and the weekend bustle of rodeo life. They're handled daily and exposed to livestock, dirt roads, loud noises, and plenty of real-world commotion. By the time they’re ready to head to their new homes, they’re well-socialized, confident, and used to the hustle of a busy, loving home—ready to fit right in with your family

Past puppies

Bringing home my corgi puppy from Wilder Ranch Corgis has been one of the most meaningful and positive experiences I've ever had. From the very beginning, Ashley was kind, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to walk me through everything I needed to know about the breed, including common health concerns and how she's made ethical choices in her breeding practices to prevent them. You can tell right away how much she genuinely cares about her dogs. When I met June, I was immediately struck by how affectionate and well-adjusted she was. Ashley welcomed me to her farm, showed me where the puppies were raised, and sat with me for over an hour just talking in the grass. It felt so personal and sincere, like catching up with someone l'd known for a long time. She even worked around my schedule so I could meet June while I was nearby, instead of making the long drive from home. June came home already crate trained and had clearly been exposed to kids, farm animals, other dogs, and cats. Within one week, she learned sit, lay down, come, "crate," "exit," speak, touch (nose to hand), and responds to her name and the word "yes" as a marker. She sleeps through the night in her crate, naps during the day, and is almost completely potty trained. Ashley made the whole transition easier by sending June home with food that lasted several days, a scented blanket from her mom and littermates, toys, puppy pads, poop bags, and 30 days of free health insurance. She's also checked in with me almost every day since we brought June home, just to see how she's doing or offer support. She even mailed all of June's documentation and continued to be warm and helpful through everything. I truly believe Ashley puts her whole heart into raising these puppies and making sure they go to homes where they'll be loved and cared for. Her kindness, her honesty, and her dedication stood out from the start, and I feel so lucky to have found her. I'll absolutely stay in touch with her and her family. If you're looking for a loving, responsible breeder who truly cares, I can't recommend Wilder Ranch Corgis enough.
